Once you've decided to travel, contact us as soon as possible! For optimal planning, it's best to reach out at least 60 days before your trip. If your travel date is within 30 days, please schedule a consultation. In some cases, a rush fee may apply.

After you fill out the Traveler Intake Form, we start the travel planning journey...together!

1.     We have a discovery call to talk through expectations, goals, budget and other important details of your trip.

2.     We send a confirmation of the details of our call, assess the service fee (if applicable) and then send over our Terms & Conditions.

3.     We send for your review, the draft itinerary with the curated selection of available accommodations, activities, and restaurants that align with your wishes and budget.

4. We review the itinerary and related expenses to tweak to your liking and finalize the itinerary.

5. You complete a credit card authorization form and we coordinate with suppliers to confirm all bookings.

6. Show up to the airport and enjoy your trip!

For full-service planning, a minimum trip budget of $10,000 is required (excludes flight). Please note that this minimum is a starting point, and may fluctuate with more expensive destinations.

For stand-alone hotel, river cruise, transportation or excursion bookings, Steph & Dixon can recommend a budget for your specific destination and book accordingly.

Yes, when you book with us through one of our preferred partners! Through our host agency, Fora Travel, we have established relationships with most major hotel brands, including Marriott, IHG, Hyatt, Hilton, Rosewood, Four Seasons, Belmond, Small Luxury Hotels, and Design Hotels, among others.

We will thoroughly research to ensure the property meets your needs and secure perks like early check-in, late check-out, complimentary breakfast, or spa credits. Already have a hotel in mind? Steph & Dixon can still handle the booking on your behalf.

Yes, for “curated”, “custom” itinerary planning there is a non-refundable fee. This is for time, expertise and business expenses.

Each client’s total service fee is dependent on the number of days of their trip, number of destinations, number of travelers, level of service needed and whether accommodation bookings will be included as well as other factors.

Yes! We have over 25 + years of meeting and event experience and Steph & Dixon can manage your corporate retreat, leisure group trip, family trip, etc. for a minimal flat fee. The minimum budget of $350 per person per day is required and all bookings must be secured with one payment method and point of contact. Prior to requesting a consultation for your group, please have a firm estimate of total group attendees and an agreed upon budget per person.

You bet! With over 25 + years of meeting & event planning experience, we will find the perfect hotel or resort for your event and liaison with the Sales Director to make sure you have everything you need to execute a smooth event. Looking for Golf travel? We can help there too!

Absolutely! You can be as involved in the planning process as you wish.

We love it when clients want to be involved because the more information we have from you on your needs, desires, preferences and interests, the better trip you will have.  At Steph & Dixon, we pride ourselves on being super collaborative.

Steph & Dixon does not book or recommend homes through these platforms. However, if you're interested in a home or villa rental, we partner with a range of exceptional companies that offer professionally hosted and vetted properties, some complete with concierge and chef services. If you prefer to book an Airbnb on your own, we are happy to assist with excursion/experience recommendations for your specific destination.
